DRY RIDGE TOYOTA SCION "Kindle Fire" Giveaway: Official Rules and Regulations No purchase or obligation necessary to enter or claim a prize. Non-purchase and purchase entries have an equal chance of winning. Contest begins February 25, 2013, and ends July 1st, 2013. ELIGIBILITY Must be legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and must be at least 18 years old as of January 1st, 2013. Must also live within a 100 mile radius of the Dry Ridge Toyota Scion dealership location. Employees of Dry Ridge Toyota Scion and their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses), regardless of where they live, are not eligible. Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Information about entrants will not be shared with third parties. HOW TO ENTER Submit the form on Dry Ridge Toyota's website or by texting "buyatoyota" to "90210" That's it. Mail entries without purchase or obligation. Entrant must print his or her name, home address, and day, evening phone numbers & email address on a 3" x 5" card and mail the card to Dry Ridge Toyota, 9 Taft Highway, Dry Ridge, KY 41035. Attn: BDC Department. DRAWINGS The drawing will be held on weekly here at Dry Ridge Toyota on Monday, beginning March 11, 2013. Drawing will be conducted under the direction of Dry Ridge Toyota Scion, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the contest. Limit one prize per person or household. NOTIFICATION Potential winners will be notified by phone or email and must personally visit Dry Ridge Toyota Scion to claim prize within seven days of drawing. By accepting any prize from Dry Ridge Toyota Scion, the winner consents to the use of his or her name, likeness and any other information of any and all advertising/publicity purposes without further consideration, except where prohibited by law, and without any additional compensation. The winner expressly waives the right to review any and all advertising bearing his or her name, photograph, likeness, and titles prior to their use.
